dancing.

a healing process is happening while dancing, if one is noticing him/her self.

noticing weight- where and how you put it: is it all in your upper body, lower body? is it equal between your two legs?
balancing- do you tend to bent forward? how is your lower back?: continuing the body in one straight line, or sway-backing?
noticing breath- slow, fast, flat, deep, a little or a lot of breathing? are you breathing fully?
noticing where you focuse your look.
sensing if your muscles are calmed down.
giving your tongue it's space in your mouth.

take your shoes off.
feel the way you walk- the texture and angle of the ground you walk on.
notice your footsteps- slow or fast. what part of your feet is touching the ground before the other (for example- toes before heels). heavy or light.

slowly, it'll come naturally.
you wouldn't try to keep noticing all the time- it would just be your state of mind.

practicing yoga or pilates, belly dancing or whatever makes you feel your body is great.
i reconnected to my breasts and thighs through belly dancing, to my muscles through yoga, to my inner wild child through free dancing, to my higher self through trance dancing, and to every different part of me through different kinds of dancing.

dancing is healing.
it has the power to give calmness, happiness and free being.
when it's just right for you- not too much or too little, not too hard or too easy- your dance practice could do wonders.

trust your body.
if dancing is new or familiar to you, trusting the body is very important.
it is crucial for balancing, vital for breathing and basicaly just essential for everything you do with it.

with every step and breath you take, remember to respect and love mother earth.
she is the ground you're walking on and the air you're breathing.
walking barefoot respects both us and mother earth (but if it makes you feel uncomfortable in any way- don't).

paying attention can help us vibrant with the earth, nature and with others together.
and it makes you feel like you're the most incredible, beautiful and free creature on this planet, which is completely true.

have a wonderful day!
